• 2010 Associations/Regions Teams Challenge, Bendigo

12 associations, 144 players battled over three days. 6 boys and 6 girls were selected to represent NEJTA over the Queen’s birthday weekend for this event. The 12 players were categorised in three groups, two boys and two girls in 12/u, 14/u and 16/u each playing a Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles. It's a teams event, so the aim is to get as many points as you can.

“We all had an amazing weekend and made such great new friends. It was defiantly a great experience and we are looking forward to hopefully, being picked next year.”

• NO Mop Policy

Many thousands of dollars have been spent on the baseline upgrades on the en-tout-cas courts and many hours are being spent on daily rolling to maintain these courts in a playable condition. In wet conditions, these courts are NOT to be mopped but must be allowed to drain at their own rate. When wet, they must NOT be played on. Please respect this Committee decision in the long-term interests of the courts and ALL members.
